Instructions for Use
- Hold mask by ear loops with the nose clip at the top. Ensure the logo side or colored side is facing outward. Place one ear loop around each ear.
- Bend the nose clip to match the shape of the nose and ensure there are no gaps.
- While holding the nose clip at the bridge of your nose, pull the mask down under your chin.
- Properly dispose of the mask by touching only the ear loops.
Indications for Use
Intended to be worn to protect both the patient and healthcare professional from transfer of microorganisms, body fluids, and particulate material. To be used in infection control practices to reduce the potential exposure to blood and body fluids. This is a single use, non-sterile, disposable device.

Warnings and limitations
- Only for one-time use, please destroy and dispose according to regulations after use.
- Do not use if package is damaged.
- Please refer to the instructions before use.
- Use this product immediately after the package is opened. Avoid hand contact within the interior part of the mask.
- Do not wash.
- Procedural masks are not intended to provide protection against pathogenic biological airborne particulates.
- Procedural masks are not recommended for use in aerosol generating procedures and any clinical conditions where there is significant risk of infection through inhalation exposure.
- Non-sterile
- Failure to follow instructions may lead to transfer of microorganisms, blood and body fluids, and particulate materials.
- Store package in climatic conditions ranging from -4 °F (-20 °C) to +77 °F (+25 °C) and not exceeding 50% relative humidity.

* This product can be put into aerobic municipal and industrial composting facilities after removing the nose clip and ear loops. Please verify with the corresponding facility that this product can be processed. This product is not eligible for home composting.
